   ENGINEERING OFFICER

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum education: SMK (with 1 year of work experience) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (fresh graduate)
  2. Strong knowledge of Mechanical Electrical (ME), including both installation and maintenance
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  4. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills in technical situations

 

Job Responsibility

1.     Responsible for specific tasks related to ME systems in the building

2.     Monitor ME work according to the predetermined design and plan

3.     Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the work is executed according to the design and set targets

4.     Provide work documentation, including work reports, to the relevant parties

5.     Coordinate the work of external parties

6.     Conduct on-site inspections and evaluate the work results

   CUSTOMER SERVICE

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, any major.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in computer administration skills.
  4. Able to communicate in English.
  5. Capable of negotiation.
  6. Knowledge of shopping center management and excellent customer service skills.

 

Job Responsibility

1.     Maintain positive relationships and handle customer complaints and requests.

2.     Report major issues or damages to the CRO.

3.     Conduct public announcements and car calls.

4.     Attend daily briefings and follow grooming standards.

5.     Inspect and complete checklists for customer service facilities, reporting damages if needed.

6.     Handle tenant requests and complaints in the office tower while delivering excellent customer service throughout the mall.

   ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  2. Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in Accounting..
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

 

Job Responsibility

1.     Maintain bookkeeping for company financial transactions.

2.     Perform accounting journal entries.

3.     File documents or perform accounting data entry into the system.

4.     Prepare administrative documents related to bookkeeping.

5.     Review and verify the completeness of documents related to financial transactions.
